Minnesota athletes recover in cryosauna

It’s started by treating older clients in downtown Minneapolis suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. But now the Locker over by Lake Calhoun in Minneapolis also treat some of Minnesota’s biggest sport stars. In the video you can see some of them.

Cryotherapy makes athletes happy and makes your body feel better. But don’t worry, you won’t by cryogenically frozen like Ted Williams or Walt Disney. This is just a treatment for the living.

Some athletes have told that they have to psych themselves up at the end of a practice just to deal with sitting in an ice bath. Now those days could soon be over.
