Prolje\u0107e? Ne hvala! To je moto boksa\u010dice Nicole Wesner! Ova djevojka iz Be\u010da je u svojoj dnevnoj sobi postavila “cryosaunu” (cryomedpro.com) kako bi mogla trenirati jo\u0161 u\u010dinkovitije. Uistinu je nevjerojatno: umjesto u\u017eivanja u toplijim temperaturama u prolje\u0107e, ona se okru\u017euje zimom kod ku\u0107e – na temperaturama od \u010dak minus 150 stupnjeva!<\/p>\n

Anti-aging terapija<\/h2>\n

Kao \u0161to je Wesner izjavila za “Heute”, “hla\u0111enje se posti\u017ee s du\u0161ikom”. Ure\u0111aj je napravio “Cryomed”. “Prvo u\u0111em unutra, a zatim aktiviram program. Hladno\u0107a je dobra za imunolo\u0161ki sustav i poma\u017ee regeneraciju”. Zatim se nasmije\u0161ila: “Krioterapija tako\u0111er poma\u017ee u usporavanju procesa starenja. Budu\u0107i da planiram boksati jo\u0161 mnogo godina, ovo je za mene va\u017ena mjera protiv starenja.”<\/p>\n

Zapravo, ja tek po\u010dinjem.” Njezina sljede\u0107a borba ve\u0107 je u fazi planiranja: “Trebala bi se dogoditi prije ljeta. Doista se radujem tome.”<\/p>\n
