Cryomed cryosauna helps Slovak men’s national ice hockey team to recover

Effective recovery no less important than training, that’s why the team’s management has made cryotherapy an essential element of the recovery routine and is actively using cryogenic products to help players quickly regain energy between matches. Cryosauna is installed right in the team’s locker room with full unlimited access for all team members.

Cryotherapy is amazingly effective for getting the guys ready for the next match, especially if time is a scarce resource,” said Rastislav Ladecký, Equipment Manager. “It’s worked very well for our team and we will definitely continue using cryosaunas both at our base and during tournaments. Every game pushes players to their physical limits, and being able to get back in shape in just a couple of days is key for the team’s success. Our experience tells us that cryo chamber sessions act as a catalyst for the recovery process, which is exactly what we need.
