We at Cryomed are excited to announce our new partnership with the Alliance of European Hockey Clubs (E.H.C.), naming our company the Official Cryotherapy Provider of the E.H.C. Alliance.
This multi-year partnership gives us an array of networking and exposure opportunities within the European club hockey community and preferred participation at the E.H.C. Hockey Business Forum, a must-attend international networking event. For professional ice hockey players, on the other hand, this partnership means more convenient access to cryotherapy, including powerful information support based on best practices accumulated for eighteen years.
“We see the partnership with the Alliance of European Hockey Clubs as a strategic move to develop our business within the sport market and in ice hockey in particular”, said Mykhailo Liubchenko, CEO at Cryomed Manufacture s.r.o. “There is a distinct link between an extremely high-performing and high-frequency sport as ice hockey and a therapy which is designed to assist recovery between games and boost athletic performance.”
“Especially in the times we are in, with clubs playing a large number of games within a short time span, the need for recovery and prevention of injuries is of paramount importance for players and clubs,” said E.H.C. Managing Director Szymon Szemberg. ”This is why we are excited to launch this timely partnership with the industry leader in cryotherapy.”
Note: The alliance of European Hockey Clubs was formally founded on 13 June 2016 at the E.H.C.´s first Annual General Meeting in Berlin, by some 70 clubs from 13 European countries. Ice Hockey thus became the third major European team sport, after football’s European Club Association (ECA) and Forum Club Handball (FCH), to found a club alliance with the mandate to look after and promote the interests of the professional hockey clubs and represent them internationally. The E.H.C. currently has some 89 member clubs from 16 European countries.
