What is CRYOFAN CF-04+?
Cryofan СF-04+ is a device for localized cryotherapy, which was developed according to the needs of medical and health care institutions. This local cryo machine is certified as medical equipment. It conforms to the most stringent safety requirements concerning medical devices under EC Directive 93/42/EEC and EN ISO 13485:2016.
How does localized cryotherapy machine work?
The working principle is the same as in other local cryotherapy devices (cryogenic blowers): low-temperature gas stream, consisting mainly of liquid nitrogen vapor, is directed to a specific area of the skin that needs to be cooled, without affecting the surrounding areas.
A cryo treatment takes ten to fifteen minutes, depending on the area to be cooled. During the session, a user comfortably lays or sits down, which is suitable for people with injuries preventing them from standing. At the end of the treatment, the client may experience ‘pins and needles’ sensation, which disappears quickly after the session.
When do you need local cryotherapy treatment?
